We require a minimum of 24hrs notice for any cancellations & amended appointments. A 50% charge of the service booked will be incurred for late cancellations & non attendance. Attendance fees must be cleared before any future appointments can be booked. 

 

A skin test is required for all new colouring services a minimum of 48hrs before appointment.
